Shipping Policy
Nicolle's Jewelry Designs is pleased to offer our customers USPS Priority Overnight Shipping on all domestic shipments over $250. Orders under $250 will be sent at no cost via USPS Priority 2Day.
Shipments must be made to the address listed on file with your credit card company. If you prefer to have a package delivered to an alternate address for convenience or to conceal your surprise, please contact your credit card company and provide them with that address to expedite the shipping process.
We only take orders for delivery to addresses in the United States of America, the 50 states located therein, and the District of Columbia. Please note that Nicolle’s Jewelry Designs does not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses and hotels.
When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification, and order processing, which could take 2 to 3 days for in stock items. Once the order is processed and ready for dispatch, we will send you the Tracking Number and a Confirmation of Order by email.
We will use reasonable efforts to ensure the estimated delivery lead times from the date of your order:
*Saturday will not be considered as a regular business day with respect to estimated delivery lead time. Delivery on Saturday may however be available as a service to specific zip codes. Please contact us by email or call (540-622-2647) for more information.
Nicolle’s Jewelry Designs insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature by an adult to confirm your acceptance of each Nicolle’s Jewelry Designs product delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. Under special arrangements, if you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you understand and accept that evidence of a signature by such recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the sale contract by Nicolle’s Jewelry Designs and transfer of responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the product had been delivered to you. As a policy, Nicolle’s Jewelry Designs does not ship to addresses not listed with your payment provider.
